Exchange & Warranty


Our exchange policy lasts 14 days and only applies to footwear that do not fit well (too big or too small). Inspect your footwear immediately you receive it and if you wish to exchange it, notify us immediately via phone or email with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name of product to be exchanged
  • New preferred size

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the exchange is approved, you will receive a replacement in the right size or store credit of the same value for future purchases, where a replacement is unavailable. 

To exchange your product, send it to: Special Plaza 1, Lagos Avenue, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. Note that you are responsible for returns, except where you have received a faulty item or wrong order, in which case TAAG will be responsible for the return.





TAAG footwear come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased from our website, store or a direct sales channel established by us.

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair it, or give you a 5-15% discount towards a future purchase. The discount is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, the date of purchase, type of defect, and the amount of wear on the footwear. 

Warranty Exclusions include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alterations, modifications, or repair work performed by anyone other than us
  • Damage caused by chemical or other foreign contamination
  • Fit and comfort issues of the footwear.
  • Odours from the footwear after they have been worn.
  • Cuts, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse of the footwear


We reserve the right to only accept exchanges and warranty replacements which follow our policies.
