Can I pick up my order the same day?

Orders are ready for pickup from our retail store within 2 working days. Please have your order number ready when picking up your order. Your order number starts with T and will be provided once you complete your order.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, please contact us one (1) working day after placing your order. Make sure to have your order number ready when contacting usYour order number starts with T and will be provided once you complete your order.  

 

What happens to the balance on my gift voucher if I don’t use the full amount in one purchase?

If you do not use the full value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance can be applied to a future order, as long as the gift card has not expired. Simply use the same gift card code at checkout when you are ready to make another purchase!

 

When do you restock?

To be notified when a sold-out product is back in stock, click on the item and select 'Notify me when available.' If the product is no longer listed on our website, it means we will not be restocking that style.
