Can I pick up my order the same day?

Orders are ready for pickup from our retail store within 1 working day. Kindly have your order number ready when picking it up. Your order number starts with T and will be provided once you complete your order.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?

To check on the delivery status of your order, kindly contact us one (1) working day after placing your order. Kindly have your order number ready when contacting us. Your order number starts with T and will be provided once you complete your order.  

When do you restock?

Click on the sold-out product you want and select the option 'Notify me when available' to be updated once we restock. If the sold-out product is no longer displayed on our website, this means we will not be restocking that style.
